Quality control
Quality is ensured by means of a detailed and structured control process consisting of several phases. The process is based on the customer’s specifications, taking advantage of the latest technologies such as inspection stations, 3D measurement arms for an accurate inspection of the electro welded and non-welded workpiece, profilometers, etc. For a more precise visual inspection, we implemented a powerful software platform for augmented reality that allows for real-time and direct on-site quality verification wherever the parts are placed, comparing the mathematical model already scaled with the finished product and automatically generating the quality report to be shared with the customer.
